Thomas Gold, producer and dj from germany has produced and remixed tracks
for many leading european dance labels such as other leading european dance
labels such as CR2 (UK), OSITIVA (UK), VENDETTA (Spain), MINISTRY OF
SOUND, BOSS RECORDS (UK), CYBER (France), ROYAL FLUSH (France), HOUSEWORKS,
EGOISTE (Switzerland), KONTOR, SELECTED WORKS (all Germany) and more.
His first production under the name Ortega & Gold was made during the later
part of 2004, this track "LOV" became his first release on HOUSEWORKS in
early 2005.
From then on he completed several remixes namely: Roger Sanchez "Turn On
The Music", Level K "Animal Love", DJ Antoine "Arabian Adventure",
Superfunk "Lucky Star", Strike "U sure Do", Ian Carey "Say what you want" and Martijn Ten Velden "Bleep" which all received huge acclaim from djs and
clubbers across Europe.
The second single "Hypnotized" was released in 2005 and off the back of the
buzz created by the remixes it got loads of plays on UK radio and massive
support in the clubs too. The tracks also shot straight to no.1 of
Stonebridge's playlist.
Thomas Gold, also records and remixes under the following established
names, Houzecrushers, Level K, Phunkk Mob and Punk People. And in addition
to these he is currently working on projects with Frank Savaro, Eric Smax,
Chris Montana and more. Smax and Gold's "S_Punk" was featured several times
on Pete Tong's and Judge Jules national radio 1 shows in the UK. hereas
the Thomas Gold remix on Francesco Diaz "Ibiza 2006" was a huge hit across
all clubs in Ibiza this summer.
